On a typical day, you wake up and step out onto the balcony to watch the picturesque sun rise. Walk downstairs stairs and sip your espresso while you read the daily newpaper that has been delivered. Then head out to the dock and go kayaking or paddle boarding for some morning exercise. Head over to the ocean...
