"We mostly enjoyed our stay here. Great view and big room, convenient parking. The walls and rooms looked quiet beat up. They also needed to have curtains or blinds on top windows. Another reason for 4 stars was the communication after booking that we were responsible for cleaning up. For example told to empty our own rubbish to the bins outside, start dishwashers etc. Although this is a small ask, people on holidays don't want to do extra to clean up for themselves, just something to note when...

"Overall, the property was great. The unit was very close to the clubhouse which was great. We'd spend the mornings/early afternoons hiking at Zion and then go to the pool area afterwards. Kids loved the pool area and adults loved the hot tub. Our unit was clean and well equipped for kids with plenty of board games, ping pong table, pool floaties and electric scooters. The only few things for us were that the beds were very soft (personal prefernce for a firmer mattress) and that the smoke...

"We found everything we needed in the kitchen (except a 8x8 or 9x9 pan). The beds were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and yard. The property management was easy to work with (sorry we parked on the street :( we thought we were being helpful). "We primarily were just looking for a decent place to stay for a work event in the area and booked the property as it fit our needs for number of beds and price. Once we arrived we were very impressed with the accommodations and the amenities. Everything was on hand for cooking breakfasts and dinners plus is was comfortable to stretch out and relax after a long day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Under the Tuscan Sun."

"Great location for St George UT golf courses, not too far for Mesquite NV courses either, nice to come back and hang at the pool/hot tub at night. Not much to do near the house, most bars/restaurants worth going to are in St George. If you don’t mind cruising around a little bit, its a great location."

Really appreciated the spacious common areas and parking for multiple vehicles and gathering after a day of exploring all the natural beauty. ~35 mins to Zion and ~20 mins to St. George provided great access to attractions and amenities. "This is my second time staying here and it did not disappoint! My last time I only stayed overnight, so this time I made sure to stay atleast 2 nights to get the full cabin experience. We stayed in their 6 people cabin which included a full bathroom and had a mini kitchen, which was super convenient for a bigger group (Although, last time we stayed in their 2 people cabin, and using the shared bathroom wasn’t too bad). "This was sweetest most quaint tiny house! We came in late in the evening and we just had to open the box with the keys. The home was very clean and modernly designed. We had all amenities we could need. The home has a great little patio with gas fire pit. We enjoyed so much the star gazing, it was amazing. The beds and especially the pillows were heavenly comfortable. If you’ve never had a tiny house experience, I would highly recommend Tiny getaways."

"This place is really beautifully and peaceful doesn't get any better than this. Small detail is that you to drive about 1 1/2 miles dirt road off the State road and just follow the green arrows but once you get there the beauty starts. The place is impeccable clean it has everything that you to cook, bathrooms have clean towels,shampoos. Thx Collette for everything!!!!! "
