1 acre lot for off road vehicles and RV’s. Covered parking , 2 car garage. Pets even horses allowed. Fully fenced. Large patio with bbq. 4 bed 2 bath. Sleeps 8. Gorgeous views, 35 minutes to Zion, 10 miles to Sand Hallow, close to Lake Powell, Bryce Canyon and St. George. 11 golf courses nearby plus state parks and off road recreation.

We loved our Apple Valley home and surrounding property! Our dog really enjoyed perusing the large fenced in area. The home was very clean, all the amenities you would need, and fresh linens and towels. Everything looked well cared for. We were very comfortable.

Don't book with this property. It's a scam!
Booked on short notice. Paid ahead of time. She canceled one night last minute saying there was a conflict with another booking. Stated she would refund the cleaning fee and then she doubled the fee for the one night, never gave access to the property and is now ghosting us for a refund. We needed a place for two nights and did not agree to one night's stay. Save yourself the headaches and the trouble. Book somewhere else. There are plenty of wonderful places in the Hurricane area. This one is not.
