I request sea view & balcony in my room & already pay for this, when i arrived the reception inform me we don't have any deal with expedia for any sea view rooms(will not trust expedia any more) , iam disappointed & the room was noisy around it & the food in buffet was not good

This is for the owner of the hotel, please consider raising the employees salaries, they work so hard and they are way underpaid, it's unjust and inhumane.

أسوأ فندق في الغردقة ، لا انصح به على الاطلاق
عند وصولي للفندق و بعدما قام السيد المسئول بعمل check in كان يريد أن يجعل إقامتي هاف بورد مع ان حجزي كان all inclusive جاء رجل اخر تأكد من أن حجزي all inclusive و تم علاج المشكلة كثرة انقطاع التيار الكهربائي كان هناك عطل في الأسانسير هناك كثير من العاملين في الفندق يريدون أن يأخذوا منك أكثر كمية من المال سواء قاموا بخدمة لك ام لم يقوموا حتى اني أتخيل أن لو قمت بإلقاء السلام عليهم سوف يكون ردهم أعطني المال أولا حتى أقوم بالرد عليك خصوصا العامل في البسين يدعى علاء آسف لم أقم بزيارة هذا المكان مرة اخرى

فندق سئ جدا جدا جدا لو حجزت شاليه في كمبوند احسن ك
الاكل وحش جدااا جدااا جدااا مافيش اي تنوع الحلويات وحشه وسيئه بالنسبه لرئيس المطعم في قمه قله الذوق الغدا يبدأ من الساعه 12الى الساعه تلاته ونزلنا الساعه تلاته الا خمسه يقول خلاص خمس دقائق وهنقفل البوفيه طبعا اختى بتعتذرله واقولها احنا لسه جايين امبارح ومش نعرف المواعيد يرد ويقول انتي بقالك تلات ايام والمشكلة أن الاكل استغفر الله العظيم وحمضان وثانيا البسين مش نضيف اطلاقا لكن معامله الريسيبشن محترمه جدا جدا وبالنسبه الفطار بيخلص بدري جدا الساعه عاشره الصبح آخره ومافيش حاجه هناك اسمها سناكس والكوبيات قليله جداا وبيشطفوها بس مكان كل واحد حاجه بجد مقرفه اووووي ومش هتتكرر تاني اني اروح الفندق ده اقل من كلمه زباله كتيره عليه منصحش حد بيه اطلاقا

2 stjernet hotel, med kakerlakker på værelset
Udover en del racisme, seksisme, diskrimination og nepotisme fra personalets side. Var hygiejnen til dårlig mave og til stor irritation på hotelværelset, bandt her søde husdyr som kakerlakker. Hvis ikke jeg havde tilbragt 4 ud af 7 dage på en dykker-båd, havde jeg forladt hotellet efter en eller to dage. Ingen adgang til strandområde efter 19 swimmingpoolen lukkede klokken 18:00 rettere 17:45 da livredderen ønskede tidligere fri alle dage. Så var der en uhumsk pub ud til en trafikeret vej man kunne sidde og nyde en kold øl om aften. Hotellet lever på ingen måde op til 4 stjerner, og skulles sættes til 2 istedet.
