We always love staying at this Westin. We love that it is close to Bridge Street. We love you have to have a key to get on the elevator for safety reasons. We love the indoor and outdoor pools how they join each other and we love the unique white tea fragrance of the hotel.

Hotel is nice and clean. The wait for our room was a runn around of excuses, I was told 30 minutes they was finishing the touches on the room. 30 minutes later the same thing. It took 1hour 15 minutes before finally getting my rooms. The linen was dirty in one of the rooms and urine left on the toilet.

We are so incredibly pleased with how courteous and professional the staff are, all of the dining options (there is a beautifully put together room service menu with a plethora of options), and many amenities (I had lavender relaxation oil on my bedside table!). There are plenty of entertainment options in the area that are especially easy to walk to or a short drive away. We will most definitely be back.

The location was beautiful by the lake and was convenient to shopping and entertainment. Did not use the valet parking but self parking was not far nor was it inconvenient. The hotel put a $150 hold on our credit card for incidentals and did not release so I’ve had to call for a manual release; that shouldn’t have to happen.

What I didn`t like about the Hotel is the Housekeeping I stayed 4 nights no one came to the room and cleaned, we had to call them 2 times and then we had to go to the front desk and have them call them to do it they did the sheets were off the bed they put the same sheet on I won`t stay there again
