"On the day of check-in, we received an additional rental agreement that is mandatory. In the agreement, it basically states that the host and their management company, Empress, have the right to evict the renter during the stay and that an additional fee will be applied if that occurs. It also states that voluntarily vacating the property or refusing to sign the agreement will result in forfeiture of any money that the renter has already paid. The additional agreement seemed totally unnecessary...

"I really don't know where to start regarding this property. I'll start by saying BEWARE! It is located in, what looks like, a poor community. Upon arriving I witnessed a guy on a bicycle at one of the other houses making an exchange through the fence. I honestly believe it was a drug transaction. It felt extremely unsafe, the neighborhood is NOT being updated, this property is the single & only home that has been renovated. "Light fell out of ceiling, shower didn’t drain, positive Covid text strip found under bed toilet seat broken dryer never heated didnt fix things. Doorbell broken only 2 towels person for a week stay with broken dryer left a day early and got hotel. Says golf and lake access which isn’t true. Warmer drawer not attached dishwasher not mounted. Very unresponsive. Would not ever recommend. And heard neighborhoood association dosnt even allow VRBO rentals"

The hose went above and beyond to answer any questions i had. Yet, despite being centrally located, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.
