There wasn’t any hot water. The hotel smelled of marijuana. In the shower there was mildew/mold on the ceiling. The parking lot was littered with trash. I’ve never seen a Hyatt in such bad condition. Absolutely disgusting. I made the mistake of taking my socks off and my feet were sticking to the floor. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I didn’t bother to check the breakfast out, so I cant comment on that.

At first I caught them on a bad day because the lawn really needed maintenance, but the next day they had some men come and get it together. I was a little unhappy that it wasn’t “downtown”, it was about 20-30 minutes from downtown. The room was a pretty decent size & the beds were comfortable.

This hotel had roaches we couldn’t use the pool also no wash cloths we had use big towels to take a shower but the staff was very nice and helpful

It's totally ghetto around the property. Cussong and screaming. Air wasn't cooling properly. All night there was noise from elevator. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I didn't like the fact that the enitre favility runs by one man. He is rude and unprofessional. He was ok with me but i have seen him treat others very bad. He even made rasist comment against black customers The facility is very hot and dirty from the wholeway to the elevator. You see roaches in breakfast area. I will not recommend this place at all. The grass and weeds outside is taller than my 10 years old son. There was nothing for me to say anything good about this place. I actually booked it by mistake thinki g the was Hayatt regency. Never again.
