“This resort is superb!!! We got married at the resort and spent the rest of the week on site. There are enough food and beverages so that you never have to leave property. So many pools we did not even make it to all of them. There is plenty of stuff so that you never want or need for anything. ”

“Beautiful hotel in the jungle! You could rent scooters and bikes. Loved the vibe ans the fact you could use the sister hotel’s Beach Club for free. The staff is very helpful.”

“This hotel was a lovely oasis in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Tulum can be an exhausting city, and the Naay Tulum Hotel was a peaceful and lovely place to spend time. The staff would go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and it felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. ”

“Property was clean and well kept. Staff was attentive and friendly. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood where you can easily walk to restaurants and entertainment. We stayed in the room with the floating bed suspended by rope. I found the space awkward. The bed took up the entire room space. It was no room for luggage, no night stand to place anything. This made for your room to get/look cluttered quickly. Also in the shower area there is no bench or area to place your shower gels or shampoos.……

“We stayed one night at Maison Tulum after having stayed for 4 nights at Maison Bacalar, and both places were definitely our best stays during our time in Mexico. We ended up at Maison in Bacalar by coincidence as we took a look at the place without having a reservation, but we were warmly welcomed by the manager Flor who showed us around and made us feel at home immediately. Afterwards, we decided also to spend a night at Maison Tulum. In both places, rooms were spacious and very clean. Beds……

“Property room and staff were unbelievable the restaurant on site was great however they are closed on Tuesdays we did not realize this. If any handicap accessible is needed this is not the place for you. The road to property is unpaved so very bumpy. We loved the seclusion and the staff is great getting transportation! ”
