“洗碗碟機壞，沒有暖氣，雖然回應電郵頗快但沒有什麼實際行動！但整體來說環境仍然可以，以此價格尚可考慮！接待處距離真正住宿地方不算近，為旅客帶來有點不便”

“The overall experience is very good. Hotel provides unique access code so u can check in & check out on your own without the need of bringing the access card all the time. The room is big and location is amazing. Many restaurants around the area. Only one small thing is we get to Prague airport earlier so we send email to hotel and ask if we can check in earlier as they stated in the email the day before. Unfortunately the email only replied very late even after we check in at usual time and……

“The apartment is large and really great. Amenities great. The elevator is almost too scary to use. But still the apartment was so awesome we dealt with it. Here’s the important part, when renting this apartment. The pictures show an area near by, ( The silver man head) it’s not there. This is going to confuse you. To find the location, when looking straight at the man and the Starbucks, you go to the right. Down an alley shopping area. There is a “Textile store” it’s in red letters. Across from……

“The hotel has a great location as it is close to many famous attractions within the old town area. Air-conditioners were installed in the room , with comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen, which is a family-friendly hotel recommended to stay!”

“住宿地點近老城區(可沿路散步過去)，Palladium購物中心旁的巷內鬧中取靜，附近有電車站交通算方便。 住宿地點和辦check-in的地方不同(隔一條街)，check-out也須將鑰匙拿去櫃檯還。布拉格的門牌不太好認，我們抵達時雖然用google map導航但是原地繞了好久(明明就在民宿旁邊了)，最後問當地人才順利找到大門。櫃台人員英文佳也很熱心願意解答問題，如果血拚過頭，也可代訂去機場的付費接駁車。我們遇到的司機大哥人很好，總的來說布拉格人普遍很友善、熱心助人。英文不通時可適時拿出google……

“超級無敵的舒適居住空間，地點非常優！在炎熱的八月旅行中，因為距離景點非常近，隨時可以回去休息，環境空間大。設備齊全，讓人不想離開！”

Didn’t even apologise after the reception found out she was wrong. We have booked for 3 people with an extra bed but the room type was wrong. No extra bed, no extra amenities, no extra slippers etc. Have talked to the manager about the issue who was extremely unhelpful at all. After repetitive demands and waiting for a long time, we finally got changed to a new……
