"We had a great time. We enjoyed the amenities, and staff was very friendly. And the room was very spacious. The only downside was the oven didn’t work properly it ruined our dinner , and I didn’t know where the thermostat was in the room. But had I brought it to the attention of staff before checking out I’m sure they would have done something about it"

"Great location for access to lifts and resort amenities. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Sylvia was nice and available to help resolve issues. The main downside of this unit is the bedroom is right up against the staff service elevators and staff supply room, it gets noisy starting at 6am and continues through the day. "The communication with the property is very good. Linens are clean and beds are comfortable However, The property has an old cabin smell. Carpet has dirty stain especially on the first floor. This place needs updating. The location is very good even if you don’t ski or snowboard. It’s a 7 minute drive to the casinos and Heavenly gondola."

"This home was perfect for our family retreat with two couples. It would have been equally comfortable with a third couple with the three bedroom/three bath layout. It was exactly as we had hoped being located lakeside with a gas barbecue, chairs and a firepit. The property management company was helpful and attentive as we had a couple minor issues with little black ants a few minor maintenance items.
