"this unit was not bad for what I needed. I needed a place close to my jobsite and this worked. I would say they could do with getting a new mattress and fixing the blinds. If someone is walking down the stairs outside, you can see right into the unit and into the bedroom. Other then that, this place isnt bad. Minor upgrades would be great."
