We adhere to strict cleaning and disinfecting requirements in accordance with CDC guidelines. All towels and sheets are 100% cotton and washed in hot water with bleach and dried on high heat... Very clean and very comfortable. Self check-in is super easy.

Each of our three suites can enjoy their large private outdoor patio facing the beautiful backyard and located less than one block from a general convenience store which stocks numerous amenities, snacks and convenience items.

The Sunrise Cottage Suite offers two generous bed rooms with comfortable hand made queen-size pine beds, large closets, plus a comfortable pull-out sofa in the living room.

I want to live here!
This is a plesant cottage grouping with the host living on premises and keeping the landscaping looking very nice. We missed the peak of the tulips, which is why we chose this area to begin with. It was my wifes birthday and she has never seen the beauty of Holands tulips. Early warm and then a storm left everything pretty much destroyed......BUT......we did visit Windmill Island and ordered some tulips for us to enjoy at home......i am digressing......the property, cottage and surrounding area will draw us back again. Even though we spent most of our time in the cottage just hanging out, the relaxing atmosphere was what we needed.

Fantastic
First, i wound like to say im very picky when it comes to staying anywhere. We have a larger family and a hotelscare dirty and too small. This cottage was fantastic!!!! Very clean. My youngest turned 1year on or stay and I didn't have any issues letting him on ther floor. I will point out i did need to get a baby gate for basement stairs. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Dune ride was minutes away whole family enjoyed. Didn't need to contact anyone on our trip. Everything was straight forward and easy to use. Would rent again!

We enjoyed everything! John is an excellent host and has thought of everything for a relaxing and comfortable stay! The location was fantastic as well with a general store, gas station, restaurants and shops all nearby.

Cozy Home Away From Home
This place was just what I needed for my family! I loved the bright welcoming feeling from the moment I first walked in. The extra space in the basement with games was awesome. There are very clean Weber grills to use in a beautifully landscaped backyard with a fire pit. They have thought of everything, and it is the cleanest rental I’ve stayed in! We were also pleased that there were stores across the street, one of which is a great coffee shop.

Cute and Clean!
This cottage was so cute! Plenty of room for me and my sister. The place was so clean-the cleanest of any rental place we have ever stayed. The location was perfect. We enjoyed going into Saugatuck each day for shopping, dining, and walking along the water. It was an easy drive to Grand Haven, Holland, and Douglas. The host, John, left us a sweet note along with some cakes and a menu from a local cafe. We ended up eating breakfast at the Farmhouse because the menu looked so good. We were not disappointed! If we're ever in Saugatuck again, we will book here for sure!

Great fun property
Stay in Saugatauk. Property just outside of main town. Easy 10-15 minute walk on nice wooded path. Beautiful grounds and fire pit. Owner made us a fire one of the nights and it was wonderful. Space in property is good, had four people and was not crowded. Fun games in the basement and garage provided nice sitting area with picnic table. Would definitely stay again.

Great property
This property was perfect for a long weekend with our toddler. The cottage was very clean and well put together. The back yard area was a huge bonus to get out some energy during the day and relax at night. We were able to walk to the mini golf and cute shop on either side of the cottage as well as the gas station and dollar general across the street. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

We loved our little "cottage." VERY clean (you could eat off the floors), separate bedrooms were a welcome bonus. Wish the weather had been better (rainy) so we could have enjoyed the outdoor area. Would stay there again.

Nice Saugatuck stay
Cute little cottage, clean and filled with almost all the basic amenities. The only things we missed were liquid hand soap in the bathroom and basics in the kitchen such as coffee, tea, and sugar. We had trouble finding a place to get groceries in the area so are thinking that if we go again we will stop in one of the bigger towns on the way. The kids liked playing in the basement game room. I am glad I read other reviews beforehand because I knew to bring a baby gate to block off the stairs to the basement so my one year old would not fall down. Something to keep in mind if you have a small child. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

My adult daughter and I had a 3 day stay in Saugatuck. This unit was perfect for us. The place offers so much. Great location, the inside of the units are immaculate. Very nice vibe. Everything seems new. Bright beach decor. 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch. Nice basement area for games. Very cool backyard with a fire pit. The host gave great directions and great info for our stay. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

This was a great place to stay. It was VERY clean and quaint. The beds were comfortable...the linens and pillows were very nice quality. Our kids loved the games downstairs. I was so happy to see there was a washer and dryer available with supplies provided. Compared to a lot of places in and around Saugatuck, I truly believe this cottage was the best, nicest choice for the money spent on it. It's priced very fair for what you get. We will be back soon 😊
