"The treehouse is amazing"

"The great room is the most wonderful feature of this property allowing people to sit and relax comfortably in well positioned and comfortable furniture. This room has large picture windows and a large fireplace plus a large dining table which can accommodate 10 or more. You could actually sleep 9 people in the property. There are 5 twin beds- 3 of which are in the lowest level so this would be a great space for older children to have their own spot. There might also be a sleep sofa - we didn’t need all of what was available so did not explore that option. Not shown in the photos is the property’s proximity to Walmart, Home Depot and Starbuck’s. We needed various items during our stay and Walmart, within walking distance had just about everything. The back part of the property has 3 patio areas built into the Ponderosa Pine studded hillside. That was a nice place to sit and grab a little vitamin D. The 5 acres of hilly terrain was too steep for me to navigate safely without hiking boots. I had to refrain from twisting an ankle if I wanted to dance with my son at his wedding. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, however the Master bedroom did not have any type of closet, just hooks on the back of the door. The bedroom with the queen bed has its own bath and also a wardrobe for hanging clothes. None of the bedrooms had any room darkening blinds or shades so I would advise bringing a sleep mask if early morning light would be an issue for you."

"Wow! If you are wondering whether to book here just do it! It is amazing. The owners are very kind and welcoming. The shared spaces for gathering were wonderful. Beautiful setting and very comfortable beds. I just wish I could have stayed for more than two nights! I will be stay here again next time I am in the area. "

"Rustic cabin with everything we needed. We chose this rental for its location on Bear Creek just outside of downtown Evergreen. The bed was nice; a bit on the firm side. Sheets and bedding were clean and comfortable. We bought wood for a nice fire in the fireplace after spending a cool evening enjoying our dinner and wine on the patio next to Bear Creek. The kitchen is small but well equipped. They provided coffee but I sure missed my morning tea. This is a great location to stay if you want to enjoy The Evergreen area. No onsite hiking path. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The beds, sheets, pillows, roominess of rooms were awesome! The rates were very reasonable. We were close to everything . The patio I wished was up set up to enjoy some outdoor space to relax but the outdoor hot tub was awesome. Would def stay here again!"

"The House is beautiful, stock with everything and more that you or your family would need. The set up of the house is prefect the rooms are huge and decorated to make you feel at home. Location is perfect between the wonderful town of Evergreen and Kittridge, so much to do Hiking trails everywhere you look, Bear Creek trout, right out in front of the house, enough said. if you travel in like staying in beautiful places this is a Must. Thanks"

Surrounded by the forest in a peaceful neighborhood afforded us the perfect location for contemplation, walks in nature, the privacy of our own bedrooms, and three different decks on which to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather and surroundings!"
