"Clean, 1st level condo within walking distance of the aquarium, world of coke, and other nearby attractions. Free parking on the street, which is a bonus for being downtown. Nice big shower. Kids loved the pullout sofa bed and said it was very comfy. Main bedroom was cozy as well. Unit is stocked with dishes and cookware as well as a fully stocked Keurig bar. "My daughter (16) had a concert @ the Chastain amphitheater. Decided to bring my sister and son(12) for a family trip. We had a great time! The apartment was in the perfect location for all our activities. Plenty of options to walk too. The complex has a great pool with a small game area. Thankfully, we had our own pool towels. We were happy with the size and setup of the apartment. It was clean and spacious. Contact was easy with the owner. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The condo was very nice and clean. My friend actually has vacation rentals and she has a few suggestions. She suggested there should be at least 1 bar of soap, at least 4 rolls of tissue, make sure your microwave is also clean, and maybe things like salt, pepper, and cooking spray or oil to use in case someone does need to cook. "A great place to stay if wanting to go to a baseball game, a concert, or shop/enjoy nightlife. Less than a 15 min walk to the Battery, and 15 min drive to downtown, easy access off I-75. This was a nice/quiet gated community with safe free parking for your car and highly secure system for protection when entering the condo.
