"Crystal is very kind and professional. She responds to messages quickly. I live just down yonder from this area and it is in a very lovely spot. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Beds were cozy. This is way cozier than even the pictures imply. It was bigger than I expected. "I booked through "Hotels.com" and stated there would be two adults and two children. When I arrived at Tombstone Monument Guest Ranch I was told that they only had for two adults. You think you are paying final price but children are added on when you get there. There are also add ons that you don't know about until you get there, we missed the dinner. When we left the receptionist was not as nice as the same friendly receptionist when we checked in. She added the charges for the children as though I purposefully did not add them. "
