"Sharon and Charles respected our privacy for the entire length of our stay. Beautiful backyard space and very peaceful. All essentials were provided to us which was another plus. The only compliant we had was the camera right outside our entrance because it takes away from the privacy factor. We somehow managed to lose their key on check out day and they told us not to worry about it which was nice of them. Overall, great stay and their home location is a short drive away from multiple NC...

"I absolutely love The Charleston Inn! There is a peanut jar to feed the Inn Squirrels. I had the best sleep. Everything is within walking distance. It was just perfect! Alicia and the Innkeeper are so kind (Patricia.)"

"The property is beautiful! It was raining so we didn’t get to sit at the gazebo or other outside areas. It was such a cute place! I loved the attention to detail and all the extras (make up wipes, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash bottles!) in the bathroom! The bed was uncomfortable for me, but that wouldn’t make me not visit again! I’d give it a 10/10! "

"This inn was charming and conveniently located. But its main draw is the incredible generosity extended to guests. Lovely wine and hors d’oeuvres on the porch. But you could sit on the upstairs porch. Or the sitting upstairs or downstairs. Super helpful checkin information. And then a breakfast you cannot beat, served with kindness and attention. "Loved the property. However, breakfast was really not that good. Cold stale biscuits, cold boiled eggs, dry toast with really no options for jam etc. Quiche was mediocre at best. Was supposed to be a fire in the fire pit but none that night. Overall poor experience. Loved the property though and will give it another try when it is more in season with more people and hopefully better amenities."
