“The property was a great country/ranch experience. The house was comfortable and clean, the property has plenty of space and activities to entertain friends or kids.”

“The house was exactly as described! Beautiful!! Communication was excellent. Pros: perfect downtown location, beautiful apartment! Cons: -We stayed Friday-Sunday. Friday night there was a live band at the wine bar which is located outside the bedrooms. Loud until after 10:30 and putting a toddler to bed was not fun. -We had a family of 9 and planned to cook breakfast, there was only 2 pots and a cookie pan. We had to make it work to cook as we had a lot of food we didn’t want to waste.……

“The hosts and house where amazing! We had a bunch of friends from out of town and they could not stop saying how much they loved it. We had a great casino night at the house and it could not have been smoother. Great communication with us during the whole stay. Cant wait till next year to come back.”

“This is a lovely house with a beautiful backyard. The covered outside sitting area has an outdoor grill and sink. It’s perfect for a couple or a small gathering. We enjoyed having our morning coffee there. We were in the area for our granddaughters high school graduation. It was a nice place to relax from all the hustle and bustle; yet convenient to stores, shopping centers , eateries and a movie theater.”

“What an amazing venue! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. We held a family reunion here and everyone commented how nice the place is, how fun all the games & activities were and how everyone felt right at home. The venue and the hosts were so amazing, we're thinking of doing a reunion every year at 12 Armadillos!”

“I loved that the property is located in Montgomery Texas, very close to my family home. The property was like home away from home. I would definitely book again. Although i would suggest adding a second nightstand for the other side oh the bed.”

“We enjoyed our stay. It was a holiday weekend so lots of places were closed, big we saw lots of things we hadn’t seen before. The Sunshine Cottage was a very pretty and peaceful place to stay. Everything was there if we needed it. She had done instructions but not excessive. The door lock was so nice, no key to keep up with. We loved it! ”

“This was the perfect house in the sweetest little town for my mom, my sister and me! It was so nice to stay just barely outside of Round Top and be able to get a coffee without a line, etc. The owners were phenomenal - helpful, informative and kind. We hand the best time!”

“Checkin process was to the minute not a second before. Some what stressful in my opinion. The code was not released in a timely manner in my opinion. Everything else was very accommodating and the property was very pretty.”
