"Villa Marstall is conveniently located right on the river in the heart of the old town, close to the Alte Brucke bridge. There are bars and restaurants just steps away. Our room was large and airy with a 12 foot ceiling and looked out at the river. A huge four poster bed, a couch and easy chair graced the room. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful, as were the kitchen staff in the charming breakfast area in the cellar. Breakfast is 15 euros...

"This is a modern hotel a short walk or tram ride from the old town. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Staff at reception were friendly, welcoming and helpful. There is an underground car park for which a fee is payable but it is secure so this was a positive for me. Breakfast was excellent. "The hotel is wonderful, on the outskirts of the forest with easy access to hiking and a playground. Only a 12-minute drive to Heidelberg’s Altstadt, their breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Friendly staff, air conditioning, huge tub and shower in the junior suite, beautiful Biergarten with a playground to occupy the kids....all reasons why we would choose this hotel every time possible when visiting Heidelberg!"
