“We were visiting family, the hotel itself was lovely, room was a little tired, the walls were chipped and needed new painting. “Host Deb was friendly but this did not compensate for a room and house that smelt stale- a mix of dog and cigarette smoke. Keeping the windows open meant lots of noise from the busy road.
