“Pagamos para una habitación de tres y una de dos y nos pusieron unos en el 1er nivel y mi esposo y yo en la 3ra; aún explicándoles que tenía problemas de rodilla y que tenía 3 años sin ver a mis hijos y los quería al lado no nos cambiaron; que eso era y punto; aún habiendo capacidad en el hotel. Muy nice que varias actividades acuáticas estaban incluidas.”

“All amenities were removed from resort and beach area became public with locals using parasols. No bars at beach area and no animations. Would only go back if resort becomes all inclusive.”

“Loved everything about this place. staff is always available 24/7. Rooms and bathroom so clean, just the way I like it. The pool was not to cold y was warm and comfy. It’s not extremely deep but it’s not low either. My kids and family enjoyed it so much. Thank you so much. See you guys soon.”

“The beach is awesome. Unfortunately, the price one pays is not reflected in the state of the rooms. Too many ruined down details and basic things missing that frankly makes you mad since they are really simple to repair. The staff is amazing but entangled trying to keep up with all the clients demands resulting from the lack of maintenance. It is a shame. This place used to be tops. Not anymore, and certainly not the “delux paradise “ they sell. Even the pool is missing tiles …”
