“The staff didn’t have a smile face and had no patience to answer customer’s questions. We booked 3 persons’ room, but only had 2 persons stuff(cup, towel etc) in the room. The hotel service is not good. Only I appreciated the Starbucks staff had a smile face and serviced us well.”

“I had a very short stay, my room was comfortable and clean. Customer service was friendly. Breakfast had many selections to choose from.”

“The hotel is finishing up renovations but it didn’t affect our visit. This is our 3rd visit over the last few years and the renovations that have been completed are very nice. The one thing that stood out on this visit was the staff. My 2 sons and I were eating breakfast one morning (which breakfast was awesome) when my son accidentally knocked over his drink. I went to grab some napkins really quickly just to help contain the mess. Before I got back to the table, the young man working behind……
