Amazing as always
"This is my second time staying at this hotel and of course had a great time. Me and husband showed up late and the man at the front desk was fast to check us in so we can get some sleep. He also made sure to ask about my day, which was very welcoming. The rooms were very clean and so comfy ! We had fresh towels and our bed made everyday, which was the cherry on top. I will be returning."

"It’s clean, has everything you need from a hotel. It’s situated perfectly for the underground and for walking in central London. Fantastic value for money. Highly Recommend. "

"Check in staff were unfriendly and nothing was explained about breakfast or amenities. We had to ask lots of questions
Breakfast staff made up for the unfriendly welcome from check in staff, the breakfast team were super friendly and helpful…check in team can learn a lot from them!
Everything else perfect "

"This is a perfectly adequate and reasonably priced hotel, located in an area that is convenient and safe. The Bayswater tube station is a few minute's walk away and the nearby dining options are ample.
The room I stayed in was small, somewhat cramped, and unimaginatively furnished, but clean and perfectly serviceable. The desk was situated less than 12 inches away from the foot of the bed, making it impossible to pull the chair out far enough to actually sit in, so if you're planning to get a lot of writing or similar work done in one of these rooms, you should plan to do it on the bed.
Overall, this place was a good value for the money and the staff were friendly. "
