"We came to Tybee for a quick getaway, and this was a perfect place to relax, watch the sunrise and sunset, and just a short walk over the dunes to the beach. The unit was clean, comfortable and well laid out. The Southern Belle property management team was quick to respond to any questions and efficient with check-in instructions, etc. Would stay here again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. There are no words to describe how much fun I had with 3 of my granddaughters. We made so many memories! It is very close to the beach. I sat on the deck every morning drinking my coffee and watching the cargo ships and Captain Derik’s Dolphin boats. We took a sunset tour which was awesome. "Location and amenities (pool, restaurant and beach) were the best things about this condo. Decor and space was nice. However, we had to sweep and mop when we arrived. The floor was very dirty and looked as if it had not been cleaned. We lost power for about 6 hours one of our nights there while sleeping. And in addition, there was a wire exposed on the doorbell which caused the indoor unit to heat up. My husband noticed a burn mark on the wall and the doorbell cover. This is a huge safety issue...

"My sister and I met here to get away from our families for a few days and this location AND time of the year did not disappoint! During our stay the neighborhood complex was very quiet, we did really see to many other people. Once you get to the unit it’s very clear on how to get to the beach, there’s two different codes to use which we just took pictures of on our phone. The beach is a VERY easy walk and if you aren’t able you could park at Folly Field park for public access. We used the beach...

"While the condo is very small and somewhat cramped, all the essentials are readily available. One important note: we did not do any cooking during our stay as there are many excellent restaurants nearby. Everything was clean, neat, and well organized. We especially loved the balcony (every condo has an ocean view!) and the new bikes."

"The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!"
