Charming ski/golf retreat 2 min from The Highlands, Nubs Nob. No cleaning fee!

Located just two minutes away from The Highlands and Nubs Nob ski resorts, and only ten minutes away from the beautiful downtown shopping districts of both Harbor Springs and Petoskey, this charming Northern Michigan getaway is fully stocked for your vacation! Skiing, golfing, snowmobiling, mountain biking, hiking, shopping, fine dining, state parks, nature preserves, lake access; this home is located right in the middle of it all.
The house is currently set up to accommodate up to 12 guests, but is most comfortable with 8 or fewer. Accommodations include a full kitchen with plenty of gadgets for cooking (toaster, blender, mixer, tea kettle, Breville oven, Keurig, drip coffee maker, pots/pans etc.), two living room areas with 70" smart TVs, high speed internet with included WiFi, included laundry facilities, a large board/card/video game collection, and a large back yard that is perfect for that Fourth of July cookout (also a great place for the kids to run around, or maybe build a snowman!). It is a cozy and inviting place to stay while you are on your ski trip, golf outing, fall color tour, or really any time of year.
One of our favorite things about the house is that the slopes of The Highlands can be seen though the windows. In the winter, during night skiing when the slopes are lit up, it makes the house feel like it is part of a little alpine village.
We enjoyed decorating the home so that each bedroom has a color theme: red, yellow, green and blue. We change things up seasonally so the house will have a few fresh touches each time of year.
Additionally, we are located just a few doors down from Teddy Griffin's Road House, a great restaurant with terrific food. And just across the street from the restaurant is a convenience/liquor store and gas station (perfect for snowmobile trips!).

Great house. Super clean and well stocked with everything you need. 2 full and one half bath is a great setup for families. They even had the place decked out for Christmas with decorations and a tree! Super easy and convenient location for both Highlands and Nubs Nob.

Perfect northern escape
This 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath was impeccably clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare several meals. (I packed my waffle iron for nothing!) We came to enjoy the Enchanted Trail at The Highlands, Tom's Mom's Cookies and holiday shopping in downtown Petoskey. The beautiful Christmas tree and decor throughout was not wasted on me. I loved it all!

This home was as close to perfection as I have ever seen. All our needs during our family vacation seemed to have been anticipated and thoughtfully addressed. The home was so comfortable. I loved having plush blankets within reach anywhere we settled down. We were able to venture to Pictured Rocks, Mackinac, Petosky, Charleviox, and Harbor Springs. The location can't be beat. The kids loved the Xbox. We spent a rainy morning playing games downstairs and I was amazed that every game was tidy with not a single piece missing or out of place. My husband was extremely impressed we were able to use a kettle and french press for our coffee without having to bring them with us! I am absolutly coming back next time we are in town. So very clean and Garrett was helpful and available when we needed to reach him. Can't say enough how impressed my whole family was with this vacation home. Thanks!

Fantastic Stay
Great location, beautifully furnished, well maintained and very clean. We stayed here for a wedding in downtown Harbor, with the reception at Nub Nobs....it was absolutely convenient. The owner was helpful and easy to work with. We highly reccomend this rental.
