“Very nice. By the ocean”

“The room was nice enough. Close to the outlets. I wanted to extend my room by one day and they wanted to charge me $40 more than the night before. Because I made my reservation by a third party. So I went back to my third party and found a hotel not far for even less than I originally paid here. The bathroom fan did not work and the continental breakfast was ok.”

“The family who owns this Motel was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hampton Beach is know for its lackluster Motels, NOT this place! It might not look like much from the outside but the room was updated, the bed was very very comfortable, mini fridge, microwave, no gross carpets. Smells nice. The bedding smells very nice as well and high quality. Its a block off the main drag so its quiet which is a plus! More than worth the price. You really get what you pay for in this area. Definitely……
