“Got transfwred to spitbank fort for no extra cost , it small with not much to do but a great pla e recommend one night stay rather than our two night as spitbabk is much smaller”

“Wonderful hotel and lovely staff. Very well maintained. My only gripes are that if there is a function on, there will be music playing until midnight. We had to ask for it to be quietened down which the staff tried to remedy almost immediately and things were better. There isnt a reception phone in the room and no fridge. Apart from that it is a wonderful place and the onsite pub is lovely. We will be back. ”

“Staff and Property was excellent, super friendly, couldn’t do enough for you. Only issue was that when we looked up and booked our establishment and room choice, on Expedia’s website, we were offer a buffet Dinner and breakfast on the checkout day. So when we arrived and checked in at reception, we were informed that they do not provide and sort of dinner at all at there establishment. So spent 30 minutes on your virtual chat line talking to an agent, asking why we were mis-sold this half board……

“Beautiful victorian buildings which was so tastefuly decorated and so luxurious. Our bedroom no.5 was stunning and loved the wall paper. Must find where to purchase. The staff were so friendly and very tentative. It was our anniversary and there was a card left in our room when we arrived, very nice touch. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast which was delicious. Loved the pizzas, lamb and beef burgers all homemade fab. Walked 35 minutes to Gunwalk keys along the sea front lovely strole.……
