"Owners super responsive and helpful-even went out of their way to notify my brother in law that the deer were "up on the hill"-made his stay to go and watch them for an hour! There is major road construction happening in the area that requires a bit of dodging at the moment-but worked in our favor-lot less traffic! ;) You have to be able to negotiate stairs (not a problem for us). The deck is a lovely place to have a view and it was a welcoming place for our very seasoned traveling dog. Great...

"Very Happy with property. Kitchen was well equipped and we used it often. Location was great right next to Western making it very convenient. Will definitely rent it again. Bummed we cannot rent it for Graduation week in May."

"The property was beautiful. The home is very lovely and roomy. I wasnt happy with the lack of cleaning. It was very dusty and stuffy. The fire place made a very load noise, so we couldn't use it. The Bbq grill was dirty. We had to do a mild cleaning before using it and the firepit was caked with Soot. Very dangerous level. The host was very Accommodatingand very pleasant. We truly enjoyed our stay. Its a beautiful location."

"The parking wasn't convenient, but we felt safe with our vehicles within sight. The room smelled musty, probably because of old accommodations. Everything else was clean and we had lots of room for 5 adults and 3 children. We may stay here some summer. It was perfect for a night of rest before heading up the mountain."

Gem of a place
"We needed a quiet, clean, comfortable place to sleep on our way down to Durango, and the Four Seasons Lodge fit the bill perfectly. It’s a budget hotel and for that it scores a solid 5 stars. Our room was remodeled & the bed was so comfortable. We were in a queen on the back side by the river. Well remember this spot for sure. Josh was very nice when we called to check about a late check-in & he even came out to greet me when we got in just before 10pm. "
