Lineman's Landing Come have an amazing beach vacation at this beautiful WATERFRONT, DOG FRIENDLY, private home.

Lineman's Landing is a Three (3) Bedroom, Two (2) Bathroom, home located directly on Bon Secour Bay and has stunning views and all new coastal décor.

***DOG fee is $250 and max weight of dog allowed is 40 pounds. Dog fee is not included in the total. You will need to let us know after reserving that you are bringing a dog so the fee can be added.**

Adequate parking for four (4) vehicles maximum. No parking pass required.

COMPLETE RENOVATION! Lineman's Landing is a direct Mobile Bay waterfront, private home, with bay views from both front and back decks. Behind the home is a private beach with jetties. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, pots, pans, cooking utensils, & plates & glassware you'll need to make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation. Bring your small boat or kayak and use the ramp to launch your vessel. Please don't bring a large boat with a deep hull. The launch is shallow.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: Parking for four (4) vehicles max. No pass required. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Wonderful location with the back and front porch both had views of the bay. The location is great, since my son and I both love to fish near the fort.

Beautiful house
This is a beautiful house! Lots of room, inside and out, plenty of seating and sleeping room for a large group. Beautifully decorated. Awesome views from the front and back porches. Great location. However, the decor does not cover up the maintenance issues. The house seems to have had water damage, soft spots in the floors, musty smell especially in the master bath. The master bath door will not close. The mattress is the master bedroom is not comfortable. No TV in any of the bedrooms. Some of the pictures in the listing are misleading. The listing should disclose that there is a house being built next door. The construction crew arrived promptly at 7 am and started work. Also, I asked the management company what type of coffee maker was in the kitchen (my husband is very picky about his coffee). They told me they "looked at the pictures in the listing and there is a Keurig on the counter". So I brought our regular coffee maker from Georgia, to find that there is also a regular coffee maker sitting on the other counter, that there is not a picture of.

Line’s Landing get away
We enjoyed our stay. It was spacious, but for two refrigerators being there no icemaker, no coffee pot the refrigerator quit working the air quit working. We would greatly appreciate if someone would knock some of the nails down in the decking, so our feet would not step on them. The master bedroom bathroom door would not close. Also, there was mini mini ants in the rooms. it would be nice if the remote batteries worked we had to go get more so we could watch TV.

My family and I loved our stay at Lineman’s Landing. We enjoyed the sunset from front porch and sunrise from back deck. Just just a short walk to the beach down the street. Clean and at the end of a dead end street right on the bay!
