Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 50'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms.



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The south facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, stereo system and ice-maker will enhance any party. This is a custom kitchen unlike any other in the complex. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queens, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and full size bunk bed. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living are providing sleeping accommodations for 14.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. There is also a large state of the art exercise room. You have covered parking in the garage.



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Great Family/Friends Fall Break Trip
We visit Orange Beach every year and stay at the Phoenix West II! This was our 1st time in this unit. The condo was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 5 kids. We would definitely stay again just a few minor things that could have been supplied and /or updated but overall a great experience!

Fantastic property!
This was our second time staying in this building but the first time in this room. The lazy river and the slide are perfect for kids! They could’ve stayed there all day. The room itself was wonderful! Having a table on the balcony was like having an extra room and the kids loved getting to eat outside. The room was super clean, spacious and had everything we needed in terms of the amenities. If we decide to visit Orange Beach again, we’ll definitely be checking the availability of this unit first.

We had a fabulous time. The only challenges we experienced were the elevators being extremely slow when everyone was moving in. Other than waiting for elevators during a busy time it was a really nice place to stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. We had 6 adults and 5 kids-5 and under. Being on the 31st floor was a beautiful view but we would have felt better if there had been child locks at the top of the doors for balcony and the main entrance. Overall, I would definitely go back.

Great condo and location

Even better than expected!
We’ve been coming to Alabama for several years and this was our first time staying here. I can say, it’s definitely now our favorite! There were ten of us and we had plenty of room! They view from the 31st floor was beautiful. We seen several sharks! We loved the convenient location, the overall luxury of this place, and the pools! Our kids especially loved the slide. Great place! Highly recommend!

Elevators were awful
The dysfunction of the elevators were enough that we would not consider returning to the condo. During peak use the property management company needs to designate three elevators to the upper floors and three to the lower. Waiting 45 minutes with groceries to get from the 5 floor to the 31 floor is unacceptable. We sent some groceries up the stairs with our younger more fits children but that option was possible for all of us. The facility was very nice but coming and going to the condo was much dreaded and influenced our decision to leave the condo. There were also banging pipes between the bedrooms. At 5am it was an unwelcome sound. Pots and pans were limited. And not the greatest of quality. We made the best of it but was a noticeable shortfall. Beds were comfortable and the condo seemed clean and well maintained.

We,, a family of 9, enjoyed our stay. Rooms were absolutely great. Plenty of space. Not in each other’s space. Great location. If we could have waited a couple weeks would have been better. Only had 1day of good beach weather. Can’t predict the weather. Sure would book again. Thanks.

Relaxing Family Vacation
The condo I rented was beyond anything I could have expected! The pictures of the unit absolutely do not compre to actually being there! Spacious, modern, cozy and the view was AMAZING! Beach access was easy and the whole property is great! The only complaint I have is that the indoor pool had so much chlorine we were coughing and choking and could barely breathe. One of my family members had on turquoise trunks and when he left they were white. And the only reason we used the indoor pool is because Ida was hitting and they closed the beach and outdoor pools. The only reason I gave an average rating on location/neighborhood is that I found there wasn’t a lot of businesses/restaurants/attractions/bars as I would have expected but it was ok because that saved me a bunch of money relaxing in the condo

Great location. Spacious condo. Well equipped kitchen. AC was wonderful with so many in condo! Not all tvs worked. Even when we called for assistance the tv quit again and never could get it back on in kids room which was important. The gym is not well equipped for weights. Sauna was wonderful. Mattresses and pillows in one bedroom are in need of being replaced. Overall good condo.

Phoenix West wasn't what it used to be
We have been staying at Phoenix Condos in Orange Beach for 16 years and Phoenix West I and II had always been our favorites. This was the first time I was disappointed. This particular condo has a nice selection of kitchen supplies which was great and we loved the bed set up when you are traveling with four teens (three beds in one room and two in another was so nice!). The condo itself could use a good cleaning. There were splatters of spilled things on the cupboards, lots of dust and crumbs on dressers, the placemats had dried food on them, squished bugs on the wall, and the crack between the stove and countertop was crusty with food and crumbs. The refrigerator had only one shelf on the door, not sure where the rest were, so storing food was difficult. The door to the balcony leaked when it rained causing a large puddle on the floor too. I think next time we will look to some of the newer properties instead of this one.
