One of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed at! Loved all of it. We were at the pool and the beach constantly due to it being walking distance. The host always responded to texts quickly! There is a Keurig, bring K Cups. OR bring coffee, there is also a coffee pot with filters. Very important for sunrise coffees!

Everything was great as long as you don’t sit down on any of the living room furniture. I would stay there again if they would get new furniture. Most uncomfortable couch and chairs l have ever sat on.

The Good, Bad, and the Ugly!
Good: kitchen was updated and all the appliances we used worked well. Big screen and lots of viewing options. Bad: The couch and chairs in the living room were Goodwill Rejects. When you sat down your bottom was lower than your knees. Ugly: The bed in the master bedroom was lumpy. Trying to sleep in it was miserable. I cannot believer anyone would call it a bed. As mentioned in other reviews the commode leaked. Very disappointed the commode was still leaking.

Great Gulf Shore property
The property is exactly as described on VRBO. It is in a great location to the beach and within walking distance to pretty much everything. We had a great time and will definitely be back next year!!

We had a wonderful Spring Break with our family. Beautiful balcony view and nice location. Pool was also large and accommodated a lot of people comfortably. Kitchen had everything we needed and easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. What could improve- mattresses were very uncomfortable ( especially Master bedroom) and both toilets ran constantly.

The description was perfect and the view phenomenal. Very clean. Balcony was lovely to sit and watch most of the sunset. Open kitchen with plenty of dishes and utensils. Washer and Dryer were easy and so convenient. Would definitely come back again.

Very good location. Beds were comfortable. Living room as spacious for the 4 adults. Problem with the toilet off of the guest bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Overall very good!

My daughter and I stayed in this condo for our Christmas and New Years Celebrations. It had a beautiful view from the living room and we enjoyed the pool quite a bit. During our stay our balcony was closed. We were unaware of this closure and were not allowed to sit and enjoy the view off of it. We spent most of our time dining out at Hog Wild BBQ, The Sunliner or Papa Rocco's. The atmosphere of locals is what we love most about the Gulf Shores/ Orange Beach area. We had some issues with the toilets running for a while after flushing. As well as some bugs in the kitchen (our food was in containers). There could also be an investment made into better cookware, all of the pots and skillet are warped of some kind. We did inform the host and they were very responsive. Overall we had a pleasant stay but could definitely be improved.

You Pay For What You Get
It’s facililities are a little dated. Some outlet plugs worked and others did not. None of the lamps had USB plugs and it was very hard to get on the Internet. There were no instructions for tv usage or how to get on a secured internet station. The two toilets ran off and on for our length of stay and the smoke alarm started making a Constantine beeping sound. The plumber who came and tried to fix the toilet took the battery out. Nobody ever came to fix it. My husband went and bought the appropriate battery and tended to it so that we might stay safe. The elevator rug smelled like black mold-of which we were both allergic to. Somebody would spray the elevator then it smelled like flowers and mold. Anyway, we made it work, had a good time,but it could’ve been better.

Beautifully done condo!!!!! Beds very very comfortable! Plenty of pillows, great kitchen and everything we needed! We had a wonderful time and so very thankful for our time there with my three sisters! A couple negatives, the smoke alarm issue beeping in middle of night....someone (Ron was terrific) worked on two times.....the toilet in front bedroom makes noise all night long and has to be flushed several times , the worst thing was the roaches, thank God there were only a few small ones but ewewww gross, we pray we did not carry any home.....thanks so much, that will probably be our last long distance trip, we are getting older......we had such an amazing time just being there on God's beautiful ocean together, we got to see dolphins three or four times, very thankful 😀

Smooth transaction, beautiful property, excellent view. All documentation says to not leave anything behind, everything will get thrown out. Take this literally- bring everything you will need, no extras (toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, etc). Still highly recommend this rental.

There were roaches in the kitchen cabinets, the kitchen sink would not drain an the washer leaks. Over all the co do was nice but the cleaning people could do a better job dusting an base boards! The main I can not over look was the roaches!

The property is beautifully decorated being light and airy without being over the top beachy. The view is spectacular and the close proximity to the beach is great. The pool is a good size and is located right on the beach. Best of both worlds, sit by the pool and enjoy the view of the ocean!!!

Great stay!
We had a great week! The condo was perfect for our family of 6. Everything was clean and beautiful! My only complaint is that some of the beautiful decor is not toddler friendly 😂 I hid a few of the items so that my two year olds didn’t destroy them. It was so beautiful and we had a wonderful time!
