Beautiful hotel

"We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time... The hotel is very sensely located and a 5 minute taxi ride away from the port. FYI taxi to the hotel is 20 euros. Hotel is beautiful and has a classy old timey feel with modern updates. Reception was fantastic and so helpful... They arranged a scooter for us for 35 Euros for 24 hours, suggested restaurants, booked the spa for me via phone... Welcome bottle of prosecco and sweets was very kind. The room was beautiful and spacious, well appointed with a large bathroom. The bed was not very comfortable but everything was very very clean. We had a room overlooking the water and a private patio which was beautiful! We cross the street to the sister hotel and took a dip in the thermal bath... The water was very nice but not as hot as I was expecting. Had a massage in a spa which was fine. Breakfast buffet both mornings was wonderful! Huge spread of foods from savory to sweet, fresh juices, prosecco, coffee to order... Highlight of our stay was Agostano and Gerardo in the bar. They really made our trip so lovely! Agostano is a wealth of knowledge and experience and so warm and kind. Both gentlemen were utmost professionals in hospitality in general and hoteling and bartending. Their knowledge of mixology was astounding. The entire staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable and showed us the true meaning of hospitality."

We found heaven in Ischia!

"The villa was everything we hoped for and more. Spacious, with all the amenities, the view from the patio is breath-taking. There were days we just enjoyed the sun and warmth and view for a relaxing day. Massimo was so helpful and the restaurants and Island activities he recommended were excellent. Lots of restaurants within walking distance but peace and quiet and tranquility when you are at the villa. I would rate this whole trip 10/10 if I could."

Fantastic!

"What a beautiful hotel and staff. The room's are modern and very clean. We stayed in a room overlooking the pool and view of the castle. Every morning waking up to a beautiful view. The bathroom was excellent with a really good shower that you really want to spend time in. All the hotel staff where fantastic, super friendly and extremely helpful. Vincento and Sarah thanks for everything, we will really miss you guys. Lorenzo on the reception, very helpful, friendly and always smiling. The pool are was beautiful and well kept. We also loved the location, tucked away in a quiet little street next to a beautiful park that you can walk around. Thank you everyone, our stay in Ischia was beautiful and you all contributed to that. I will definitely return. "

"The property itself was inside was well organized and clean; however, first pulling up was a shocker. This was my first time to Naples so that seemed to be everywhere. The owners/property manager was amazing and gracious. The whole lockdown, traffic noise, and scared to walk the streets back to our place is what got me."

"We stayed here for 10 days and loved it. They did an excellent job handling transport from Naples airport for a very fair price. The view is absolutely amazing with the castle and sea. The room was a great size with plenty of storage space to unpack. We had a sea front room with an amazing balcony for more space and to dry clothes. The patios and porches are so cute and breakfast on the patio with a sea view was so enjoyable every morning. The staff is wonderful form breakfast to evening drinks. The beach/dock is wonderful as well. It is located on a quiet road but two different busses come right the the hotel entrance so we were able to get around easily. There is also a great path in to town off the main road to the hotel. We absolutely loved our stay here! "
