"Location is the highlight of this Gualala studio. The stairs faded quickly into the spectacular views. This is a special retreat from the ordinary. Miren is a fantastic host, her knowledge of the area, attention to detail & warm hospitality all a highlight of our stay. We spent 3 nights & explored nearby, but the Anchor Bay beach below this studio makes this location a place of pure contentment, no need to roam. We hope to return."

"Great location, central to all we wanted to do. The kitchen was small and the 2 large burners on the stove didn't work making cooking a bit of a challenge. Also, the hot tub is so small only 1-2 people can use it at one time. Still, it was a comfortable home, peaceful setting, and the agency and property manager were very responsive to issues that arose."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The furniture and 2 of the beds were comfortable. We were able to watch sunsets from the patio or through the window. It was nice being so close to town. The bluff path was nice for walking. The house did smell damp, and there were bugs in the bathroom and back bedroom. Overall the house was fairly clean. We would stay there again."

"The property is set on a picturesque spot in SeaRanch. Beautiful ocean views. The home itself has lots of nice and unexpected touches (amazing water pressure, oyster knife, dog blankets). "We really enjoyed our first visit to Shalimere! The home is very relaxing with gorgeous views of the ocean. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck and the hot tub is situated in a wonderful location where you can take in the amazing views.
