"Grover beach is a lot less crowded than Pismo beach - not just the beach, but also the town. Beach access at Grover Beach, Monarch butterfly Grove, Vons (safeway), big chevron gas station are all with 5mins of driving and even walkable. Pismo beach is 10mins away. Sunset views are spectacular from the windows of the great room facing west and the small balcony. Parking is in a designated open spot, but behind a gate, so feels more secure than street parking. "This property was so great. From the property owner to the location to the cleanliness…we were so happy. We loved how close it was to the beach. The sunsets each night were amazing. We will definitely be back!!"

"Property was well appointed, very clean and most comfortable. Communicating with the owner was very easy and she was most helpful in making suggestions for our stay. There were extra touches that made it like a home away from home - small shampoos/conditioners/lotions, tissues on night stands, etc. And the kitchen had all that's needed. Garage parking was a bonus. We hope to return in the near future."

"Here is my review and I would give the rental 4 stars. I would expect some nice amenities in order to give them 5 stars and this place had the bare minimum so didn't qualify for a top notch review. Nice, bright and airy space overall. The home was clean and the location is good. The beds are comfortable. The coffee service was excellent. However, there are some deficiencies that should be addressed: house was over-perfumed with plug in air fresheners only 4 ceramic dinner plates in a house...

"We came in with two sets of grand parents to attend an event in San Luis Obispo. House was very easy to find, walkable to the beach. Fins Bar & Grill by the beach had a local band performing. Morning breakfast at Station Grill, the place was perfectly located. Everyone slept well in each King Bed. All the basic amenities you would want for a little getaway."
