The property was beautiful overall and close to mystic which was where I was working. The lobby is beautiful, they have a bar/starbucks, spa, restaurant, easy parking. However, the room i personally stayed in—not so beautiful. The bathtub was super old and scratched/dirty. They had body soap, shampoo and conditioner which was convenient. However, the container fell while I was showering hurting my foot and it was supposed to be glued to the tiles. The bed was too soft for my liking and I woke up with terrible back pain. (I’m 33 I’m not elderly so imagine) there were stains on the ceiling and fridge wasn’t working. I personally wouldn’t stay here again. Room and comfort are very important for me.

Overall my stay at the Mystic Marriott was very good. I would like to highlight the exceptional customer service that Kevin the Bell Captain ( Bag Service) provided. He not only was very friendly and helpful he went above and beyond to assist me. He highlighted how to navigate the property, restaurants and amenities. On the day of my check out I asked for a suggestion of a local seafood restaurant near the water with a boardwalk and he told me to go to S &P Oytster Restaurant and I must say that his recommendation was 10/10 Thank you Kevin for your help and kindness- you are a rock star ⭐️
