"First time staying at Homewood Suites and my experience was excellent!! The front desk attendant, Julia, was so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful. Even the lobby had a 5-star first impression. The room was so spacious and comfortable. Everything was so clean. Homewood Suites is the gem of the West End!! I will definitely be staying again for my next overnight visit to Greenville. I highly recommend!! "

"Front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, extra items requested were brought to my room quickly and the bartender on duty was very polite and hospitable…didn’t rush me and brought a much needed smile on my face! "

"Hotel seemed old…. Our bathroom door had a doorknob that was falling off…. There was dust on the trim of the bathroom door….. the first room that was assigned to me had a tiny window and it was located in a tight corner with a bank of air conditioners blaring …. And there were three men in my room working on the Wi-Fi … I knew my friend with PTSD would not have survived the weekend esp with the noise and lil window … a trip to the front desk and they happily changed my room and apologized …. Will definitely come back"
