"I rented this property for five days with a few friends. The central location was terrific – walking distance to the Metro-North train and all of downtown Greenwich. We were comfortable and enjoyed the quiet. Highly recommend."

The only issues were the house is located right on the street with parking available directly in front so there were always trucks/cars there making it inconvenient to sit in the living room undisturbed from noise and being able to open the shades to let the light in without people looking in. Also, it would have been nice to have some house instructions upon arrival (garbage disposal/days, how to use tv's, and appliances that do not work in a typical manner. The house is...

"We had a nice time staying here. The place is just as described. It is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We had things to do in Purchase and in NYC and the location was perfect for us. I got to meet the owner and he even contacted me when I parked incorrectly so I could avoid a parking ticket. There is a grocery store, Costco, pharmacy, restaurants, and many other businesses very close to. If I have to go back next year, I will be looking to see if this rental is available again."

"The location was great and thre property was almost perfect for our needs. The only negative issue was ants. When we got up the first morning of our stay the counter was teeming with ants. There were several ant traps on the counters but they were pretty ineffective Otherwise, the house was great."
