The cleaning fee pays for a third-party professional housekeeping company to turn our home and a third-party professional dry cleaning company to clean any sheets and towels! These professional companies are responsible for ensuring cleanliness onsite. Two cleaners come onsite for every clean, they scrub, vacuum, mop, replace all the sheets and towels in the entire home, and more! The cleaning company DOES NOT clean the grill, we do not include grill cleanings between stays. A list of cleaning services performed by the company can be supplied at your request.

We don’t claim to provide essentials on our listing, but we do our best to provide a number of items onsite to enhance guests' stay such as a bath towel for every guest, hand towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, shampoos, soaps and toothpastes.

We have a similar listing across the street, they are 2 separate properties. This listing is to book this property only. We allow 4 vehicles maximum. There is a security camera and a noise sensor near the front door. The occupancy limit of our home is 9 guests. We cannot host more than 9 guests in our home at any one time due to city occupancy regulation. We allow guests to log in to their own Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and YouTube TV accounts. We do not provide login credentials for these services as part of your stay. If you log in to your account, please be sure to log out before checking out.

We give long-term stay discounts based on the length of your stay: 8% for 1 week and 12% for 1 month. We also give last minute discounts which are applied based on how soon you are arriving if we still have availability. We do not provide a military discount. All of our discounts are applied automatically by our listing calendar. Please use the listing calendar to select your dates and if you qualify for discounts they will be applied automatically. We don't give case by case discounts, we treat all guests the same.
