"This is a very clean and safe property. We were 3 women traveling alone and never did we fear for our safety. We walked to the local markets from the property. The condo has a nice kitchen with all the supplies you could need. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. "

We were given no instructions on how to access our unit and was told by Vrbo that our reservation was canceled while we were at the front gate of the building. This is unacceptable and no one should try to make reservations at this property ever!"

"We have stayed twice now at this property. It was very adequate and has secure parking. There is a nearby plaza with a good food court. It was very convenient when we were too tired to go out. The owner of this property is very nice. The only complaint we have is that the sofa is terribly uncomfortable. It desperately needs to be replaced."

"This condo was double booked and we got canceled. We received this notification after our plane has landed in Costa Rica leaving us with no place to stay. The Vrbo guarantee gave me no help at all. I was on the phone all night and finally had to get my own hotel. I was supposed to receive a phone call back the next day before 11 and did not. I had to find another accommodation on another application. We finally got a phone call two days later from customer support saying that they would send me...
