We were locked out of our room briefly. The staff however did not communicate and were not available for most of the stay. A large group of baseball kids and parents were staying at hotel. These children were unsupervised in pool area and all of hotel. Staff did not intervene. kids were running up and down halls knocking on doors and running it was like a zoo. I have never experienced a stay at a hotel where the staff was basically non-existent.

Some of the guests were loud, but not the hotel’s fault. Very clean & nice atmosphere!

It was a clean, nice and quiet hotel. I didn’t like having to download and app o use e washer and dryer.

Exceptionally clean hotel and more. Pool area is awesome! Love that this hotel has a bath tub in rooms, too, (something you don't see anymore at any hotels anywhere). Always love to have my "Calgon" 20 minutes soaks after a long day of vacationing, visiting and shopping :)
Thank you to the staff and more, keep up the great work! Will come back to this hotel, highly recommended! ((Thumbs up))
