Hotel is in a great location near the Tanger outlet, and very easy access on and off of 131. Everything was clean and we had a nice stay. The elevator was not working, but it was not a big issue for us to use the stairs. The restaurant connected to the hotel is not open anymore. The front desk said it closed down 6 months ago, so the food and drink credit Expedia offered was useless, but again, not a big issue. There is a Culver's just down the road, and a couple places in the Tanger outlet, so still some dinner options. Over all it was a decent hotel and we would stay there again.

We have 5 children and they put us on the 4th floor with the elevator out of service the whole weekend. There was mold in the bathroom as well as peeling wallpaper in the rooms with mold underneath. There was a large hole in the bathtub that was all rusted too. I left a message for a manager with the front desk when we checked out, I called 2 days later and spoke with a woman manager who said she never received any message and then she told me that she couldn’t refund any of my money because I booked through Expedia and if they were to refund me money then they would have to pay Expedia more money. She told me to call Expedia and make a complaint. Terrible customer service.

Upon check in we were informed the elevators were not working. On a holiday weekend this was inexcusable. Then there were no additional carts to move in the luggage from the car. The jacuzzi room wasn’t worth the extra money as it had a weak pressure in filling up the tub. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the tv was old and took its time changing channels. Everything was clean but tired looking and acting. Needs updating. Won’t be back.

The young man, Mozzy, who checked us in was phenomenal, he was a godsend but the condition of our room needed some serious repairs/renovations. The wallpaper was patched on the wall, there was clearly black mold in the bathroom, and our comforter had either food stains or coffee stains on it….just nasty.
