“Great Memorial Day weekend. We come to Saugatuck 3 times a year. Usually a little closer to downtown, but the shuttle is great now that we don't walk as much.”

“Francis Way worked out great for our getaway. House was just as pictured and location great to get downtown Saugatuck and up to Holland. Wished there would have been a deadbolt lock on the front door and the drain in the upstairs hall bathtub was a little fussy but neither interfered with our enjoyment of our stay.”

“Nice place, but you have no access to lake. Also, be sure to read the house rules, because we were charged extra for not stripping the sheets on 2 of the 12 beds in the house.”

“All of my adult children and partners were able to get together for three nights stay. The property offers a great location and was plenty big enough for 8 adults. The only issue we had was the air conditioning. It was warm from the start in 76 degree weather. The 2nd floor wouldn’t cool below 77 degrees. Several box fans were provided which indicates that the condo is struggling to cool. The power went out for about three hours and the air conditioning would not work after that on our last……

“House was great! Location was a quick 10 minutes to downtown Sagatuck but far enough to feel secluded. We had 10 woman stay for our annual Mother's Day get away and it was plenty big enough. My only gripe is that they didn't provide us enough paper products (TP/ paper towels). At the price we paid, we shouldn't run out of necessities. We would definitely come back!”

“Great property, very clean and well appointed. The deck and back yard are very nicely furnished with pretty landscaping. The entry to the cottage was a bit complicated and it should say in the directions that the entry is the back door. Overall it is a great cottage and we would like to return.”

“Overall great stay, and great location. Inside the house was conscious and clean with everything you need, but not much room for outdoor activity with parking spacing being a problem if you have over 6 cars. Host was great with communication.”

“We had such a great time staying in this home. It was super clean and the space fit our group perfectly. We all enjoyed the pool especially the grandkids. We spent so much time at the house because of the pool. There is also alot to do in the area for kids and adults. This house was very well supplied with the essentials and some extra things. Really hope to be able to stay here again. We all felt it was the best house we have rented so far.”

“We were here for our brother/father/father-in-law's memorial service, so it was a sad time, but the house and location were perfect. We spent a lot of time on the side decks and front porch and even watered the herbs and tomato plant. Appreciated the non-traditional lawn. We enjoyed the short walk to a nice beach on Lake Michigan. Would definitely stay again, hopefully in happier times. Nicely furnished with very modern kitchen. Would have appreciated some smaller bed pillows and better……

“We booked this location specifically because we were looking for a hot tub. We ended up getting about 30 minutes of enjoyment before it broke. We messaged Ethan and he was able to send someone out that day, but it was broken and needed a part, which meant it was down for our stay. The place is has a good sized living room and kitchen which made for a good place to hang out. We enjoyed our time in this location and had it been warmer weather we would have enjoyed the pool too! Nice space. I did……

“My sister, my friend and I had a relaxing girls weekend. We woke up every morning to the beautiful site and sounds of Lake Michigan right outside our door. The condo was the perfect size for us. It was clean and had all the essentials needed. Thank you!”

“Wolf den was just the place for our weekend in South Haven for the Ice Breaker Festival. Hot tub was amazing, beds were comfy and place was roomy for 7 adults”

The cottage itself was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed such as towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils, etc. Kathy was very nice and easy to communicate with. We even extended our trip an extra day that’s how much we loved it here. We will be returning in the future!”
