"Stayed at the Amway for one night as we were going to a concert at the Vanandel arena. Upon check in, I asked if they had any upgrades as this was our first stay at this hotel. The clerk at the desk gave us an absolute beautiful upgrade with the view of the Grand river, a Jacuzzi bathtub in a king suite. It was beautiful. This place was very quiet and convenient to walking to the concert. Staff was very considerate and the Wolfgang Puck bar/restaurant provided a good cocktail at the end of the evening. Definitely would stay here again."

"The only thing that could use improvement on is the pool temperature, it was a bit cooler that I'd like. Other than that, the breakfast was great and the rooms were clean."
