"As others have said, don’t judge a book by its cover. The outside of this hotel is dated. The minute you step through the lobby door, it’s warm and welcoming. I had the pleasure of checking in with Dulce, who greeted us with a big smile. She was so helpful, answered my questions, and gave us recommendations for Mexican food. "The lady who checked in was wonderful, very polite, very knowledgeable however, when we walked into our suite, here’s a picture of the sofa cushion that looks like a dog chewed it up, which was not a pleasant way to start staying in a two bed king size suite "

"Appreciated the EV charging options. The non-Tesla charger wasn’t working so I used an adapter to charge my Hyuandai Kona on the Tesla port for free. Really appreciate the free charging and the great folks at check in desk, waiters at the restaurant, breakfast area, and the attendants at the gift shop. The hot tub was wonderful and bigger than most hotel hot tubs. The music wasn’t loud in the lobby - which is fantastic. Great stay overall!"
