“Tingum Village is run by a truly magnificent and highly respected local woman named Juanita who's family has deep rooted connections to the island and is heavily involved in supporting the local community. It is not a super luxurious stay (so you should not expect it) but you are made to feel like you belong and the hotel has everything you need to have an enjoyable time (golf carts for rent, fun bar, nice restaurant with live music, and no frills rooms that are comfortable)”

“This small and modern property offers squeaky clean, comfortable accommodation right on the water. Boat -watching and peaceful well-tended gardens make for a relaxing stay. The rooms have high ceilings, a large desk, huge tiled shower, a kitchenette and chairs which can be used outside on the covered deck. It is very convenient to have coffee, a drink or a meal steps away at Wrecker’s. The staff there are really great. ”

“What an amazing property, the staff was the best, I can’t recommend this property enough. A 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach to then be taken care of by the beach attendant for the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, refreshments, towels, music,…. Definitely a 5 star across the board… ”

“We needed a place to stay for one night, and this place worked out fine. It was clean and well stocked. It was bit farther from the beach than we expected, although with a golf cart that is not an issue. So if you need an inexpensive place to stay on Spanish Wells, this fits the bill. That said, I cannot really recommend coming to this island - especially if you want to experience the Bahamas, as there is really nothing Bahamian about this island. It is instead more more of a south Florida……

“The cottage was spacious and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. It has a small kitchen with a fridge, microwave and most importantly, a coffee maker. The porch has a splendid view of the water and Harbour Island. Wonderful place to have coffee in the morning and just relax. It's a 5 minute walk to dock if want to visit Harbour Island. The is a trucking company next to the property, so at times it can be a little noisy. If you're out and about during the day, you may not even notice it. I……

“First of all, we did not end up staying at Pico Bello as we planned. Just before noon of our check-in day we received a message that the house had some unexpected issues and wasn't available. But Alexandria and Josh had found another nice little 2 bed cabin with a single bed cabin next door that worked perfect for us. They seamed new. Great AC and water.”

“We found this property as described and as depicted in the photos, including the sprawling private beach and the assortment of water toys. We enjoyed 2 kayaks & a double kayak. The water is stunningly beautiful and safe. We swam with sea turtles, colorful starfish & live conch. The local dogs are nice, not a bother at all. You are genuinely secluded. The house is built for enjoying the breeze and we left the windows open downstairs the whole time. We enjoyed the rustic charm of screened porch……

“Beautiful little cottage, just steps from the beautiful turquoise water. The owners are super nice and accommodating. Communication with them was great. They answered all our questions and gave some great recommendations for things to do. As far as the property, it is very private and peaceful. The cottage has a small kitchen, private bathroom, AC, and good WiFi. The bee was comfortable. We were concerned about power going out but with their backup generator it wasn't a problem. “Blue Daze is a very nice house a short block away from the south end of the pink sand beach which is stunning. Appliances are all new stainless steel and large. Large new refrigerator /freezer, washing machine and dryer, microwave and gas stove. Our housekeeper, Kava, was superb, cleaning 3 days per week and resolving any questions or problems. Lots of housewares and if we needed something, Kava got it for us. We didn’t use the two attractive bedrooms downstairs'. The master bedroom upstairs is……
