“Brought mum here for Mother’s Day. The hole family (5 adults and 1 toddler) had a blast. The house has everything you could want, including foosball and a Pac-man arcade booth. The out door fire pit was a major plus. Bring your favorite foods and you’ll feel like you found your second home.”

What is special about it is the spaciousness and nicely decorated rooms including very comfortable beds and linens . The kitchen is stocked with all one needs to barbecue in the shaded back yard on elegant patio furniture . It’s a 4 min walk to beautiful Butterfly Beach and 10 min walk to Montecito’s farmers market . When staying here you really feel like a local nestled in……

“Good location, clean space. The room is very small, “studio” alluded to at least a little living space but this is a small bedroom. There is only a few feet around the bed in the room. I called to request early checkin & was told they would text me hourly before 4 pm to let me know if the room was ready. They never let me know and then when we left the cleaners arrived before our 10 am check out. 2 codes required, one is 10 digits long. In my opinion a hotel of comparable cost would provide more……

“Clean rooms with amenities like towels, a/c, kitchenette, and complimentary snacks. Comfortable bed and staff was communicative via texf and easy to get a hold of if I had any questions or if anything needed to be fixed. Check in time is only at 4pm but that’s ok because the guests and I were exploring santa barbara so just plan accordingly”
