"We had a nice stay at this condo for 4 nights. Perfect size for our family of 4. (2 adults, kids aged 17 and 19). Very pleasant neighbors. Fully stocked kitchen and SUPER COMFY beds and bedding. We were thankful for the garage, it was perfect for storing our bikes. Just a note about the stairs that you must climb to the main living area of the condo…was fine for us but may not be suitable for everyone. We had a small issue with TV remotes (batteries dead) but manager rushed some right over....

Be aware there is no direct beach access and you must drive to enjoy local beaches, but the view of river and wildlife(sea lions, eagles and osprey) make it a perfect get a away for a couple nights."

But it feels like a real country : no noise, beautiful green pastures/ hills with handsome horses grazing... just a perfect place for a quiet retreat while visiting the South Oregon Coast with easy access to the North California coast as well.
