We love the Mansion We like The building The people But We did not have a great breakfast We had a paper cup for coffee and orange juice… There was no pancake… Not a lot of tables to sit to have the breakfast… The table was very small for three people… Otherwise it was perfect…We love the pool and the weather was fantastic..

The property shows well on the website but it was very run down. We were not informed that there was a wedding going on at the hotel, so we did not have access to the pool or the lobby bar. Everything was consumed by the wedding. Spa & courts were closed. Our room was pieced together with mismatched random lights & furniture, a fridge in the middle of the floor, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and some outlets were falling out of the wall, therefore unusable. It was rather expensive to not have a clean room and advertised amenities. I would not recommend it.

We had an issue at check in because they could not locate my name in their system. Our room was small, and had no sofa, only two beds and a desk chair. The bathroom in our room did not have an exhaust fan, so it got VERY humid and steamy inside. The breakfast was very basic, we expected something more elaborate for being in a mansion, and for the price of almost $300 we paid. A $120/night hotel in Ohio served better breakfast than here.

Beautiful property (although the weather prevented us from spending time outside), room was large and bathroom very nice, shower water was hot quickly, lobby beautiful, check in easy, staff helpful. On the down side, it was a long walk to the room, hallways were not clean and carpet wrinkled in many places, bed was hard, only one sitting chair in the room ( we found later we could have requested another one), no table in bathroom for toiletries, pool was not available but we did not know ahead of time, breakfast was ok but not anything special. Since this seems to be a party/convention type facility I would not recommend it for a peaceful getaway.

Very clean & lovely room, all of the staff was so nice, helpful & patient as well as accommodating. However, the complimentary breakfast can definitely use some improvement. Great coffee machine, though. This place is huge! Sadly the pool & spa are closed currently.

The room was the quality of a Motel 6…bent lamp, dirt in corners, clogged drain, didn’t change sheets, Painted sloppy with drips all over floor and fixtures. Nobody bothered to even wipe the paint off while painting. Cracks in ceiling patched poorly. Same with walls. I wouldn’t complain if I had paid 75.00. Never stay here again.
