“I actually booked this hotel by mistake thinking it was closer to La Spezia. What a great mistake! We immediately fell in love with it and actually changed the next part of our trip in order to spend another night here. It is definitely off the beaten path, but that is what we liked about it. It’s in a charming little village and the building and rooms were great. They were so accommodating. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Thank you to the woman who worked reception when we arrived and……

“This is a peaceful place away from the buzzling tourist spots, but easily within reach to visit cinque terre, La Spezia, Pisa and Lucca. Its also a good spot for cycling (on race bike). The Villa seems to have a water problem in dry summers, but all problems very easily and rapidly dealt with by the agency.”
