Easy cab ride to all of the famous destinations in Rome and when we returned at night, it was wonderful to be in a peaceful neighborhood on the top floor of the buidling. "The host, Patrizia was very welcoming, and treated us like neighbors. The property is located in the Monteverde neighborhood, adjacent to Trastevere, outside the hubub of downtown Rome, which avoids the tourist trap feeling. Its also QUIET. You'll feel like a local, in no time. There's also a beautiful park close by. Best of all, the bus stop is just a one minute walk, giving you complete access to the whole city. "Lighthouse Suites is in a great location for access to buses & trams. It's only a few stops from the train station taking you to Fiumicino Airport and is walking distance to all the restaurents in the old part of Trestevere. The accommodation was quiet, clean and warm with local cafes closeby. We had a minor problem with plumbing which was resolved right away so we would very much reccommend it."
