"We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful home and extremely clean. Close location to both downtown St. Charles and Geneva shopping and restaurants. The host was very friendly and helpful with suggestions and the check in/check out process was beyond easy. Would recommend 100% and hope to be back again someday!"

"It was a perfect location and plenty of space for family of 8 plus visiting friends. Mike was a great host and we got to enjoy some firewood he had set up for us to have a fire. Highly recommend! The description says 4 bathrooms and there are 3 bathrooms…the only discrepancy."

"Our team had a one day conference in Chicago. Although it was near the highway it wasn't very loud. Decent neighborhood and the good part is that it was near the highway. Lower level bed is uncomfortable, no other way to say that. I still give it 5-stars as it is as advertised. Communication with owner was timely."

"Relaxing, quiet and clean neighborhood. Love the retro decor. Kitchen is well equipped for those that might want to cook. A few branches were down in backyard, furniture wasn't set out yet such as outdoor dining table and chairs or gazebo, but overall property was in good condition. Thank you for a relaxing place to stay."

"We stayed here with our family when our son graduated from college. The house was spacious enough for all of us. We loved the large kitchen and dining table. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The house was exceptionally clean! All bedding and linens were made available and were also very clean. The backyard was also very nice for family time. This was a superb property, and I would highly recommend it."

"We stayed here for a month while taking care of family business in a nearby town. We were 4 out of state adults, a couple and 2 siblings, and this was perfect for us. The proximity to commuter train service was ideal. It’s a bit of a hike, but one could walk to the train station. We had plenty of room to gather or separate as we wanted. We made good use of the oversized washer and dryer. Almost anything you might want is a short drive away on Randall Road. We were quite busy the first couple...

"This place was great. So much space, it was clean and super quiet area. It was close to everything we needed and our host responded within minutes of request. If you have kids tons of space with pool. We travel year round coast to coast for lacrosse tournaments using vrbo. This house by far one of the best. We will be back!"

"Our stay at this VRBO rental was nothing short of exceptional! The location was perfect – safe, quiet, and conveniently situated. Syed was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. His proactive reminders helped us navigate the rental smoothly, avoiding any unnecessary charges. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The 8 of us (in town for a hockey tournament) had more than enough space. Without a doubt, this rental and Syed's hospitality...

"We were in town to host a wedding rehearsal dinner. We had various family members staying and had to do a lot of food prep for the dinner. The kitchen and dining area layout was terrific and the bedrooms fit the needs of everyone from kids, singles, and married couples. Since the house is supposed to accommodate 12 people, the living room area could use additional seating. We alerted the owner of some cleaning issues and she responded immediately."

"Great location and plenty of room for family to gather. 5 bedrooms provide various sleeping arrangements and options. The house is cluttered with items in the closets, laundry room, and cupboards not very organized, but it had all the necessities for our visit. Enjoyed the large living room/kitchen area for family to play games and hang out."

"The property was clean, nicely decorated and had everything you might need. The kitchen was especially well stocked with appliances, which we didn’t have time to take advantage of! Downtown Geneva and the train are a 5 min drive or 20 min walk - we did both. All in all a lovely visit and we’d stay again!"

"We had a great time in Geneva. Overall the place we stayed was very nicely decorated, comfortable and close to town and the river. The bikes are a nice touch. Two things to be aware of when renting: the owner communicates a lot. There are contracts to sign and lots of back and forth. Way more than any other VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. Tons of rules and reminders of rules. It was a little stressful. The other thing is this is a basement apartment. There is an apartment above and ANY walking around,...
